YA Participation in Global Aradhana Day Program

The Media Team is creating a short video for the Online Aradhana Day Programme showing YA’s from all zones partaking in the Spiritual Practices and would like us to create videos showing the different Sadhanas. The one outlined for us is: Chant the Five Letter Mantra daily: ‘God Is’ (‘Devudunnadu’)

Please note the video recording guidelines:

* Record the videos landscape 

* No selfie videos

* Make the video as natural as possible

* The setting of the video can be either indoors or outdoors with Nature.

* Dress conservatively (in line with what you have seen on Sai Lens - no hats/caps/sunglasses please)

* Avoid loud background noise (especially if doing video outside). 

* Please ensure the video has good quality footage and audio
