April Showers | Service Project Summary

April Showers is an organization that provides a number of different services to the unhoused in the San Leandro area. One such service is providing well-prepared meals for those that typically eat off-the-shelf items. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide quality meals to those in need.

We delivered 50 burritos and snack bags to April Showers, an organization that provides shower opportunities, toiletries, clothing and food to the unhoused population of San Leandro. 18 volunteers were involved in the service. Volunteers helped out by purchasing materials, prepping food, and/or assembling burritos & snack bags.
